BEIJING, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Pang Da Automobile Trade Co and Zhejiang Youngman Lotus Automobile Co are close to reaching a deal with Swedish Automobile for a possible takeover of Saab, a source with knowledge of the matter said on Friday.
