Sept 19 (Reuters) - Auto-parts retailer Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack said it corrected accounting for certain inter-company subsidiary investments in its second-quarter financial statements.
The company also said it would restate results for the three-year period ended Feb. 3, and for the first quarter of fiscal 2007 to reflect these corrections. (Reporting by Deepti Chaudhary in Bangalore)
