Peugeot building $143 mln R&D facility in China


SHANGHAI, April 24 (Reuters) - PSA Peugeot Citroen said it is building a $143 million research and development facility in Shanghai to bolster its capabilities in the hotly contested market. The French car maker said it would invest a total of 1 billion yuan ($143 million) over the next three years in the facility, scheduled to start operation in September.
