Platinum fund gets antitrust OK for Delphi unit

WASHINGTON, May 20 (Reuters) - Platinum Equity Capital Partners LP received U.S. antitrust approval to acquire the steering business of bankrupt auto parts supplier Delphi Corp , U.S. officials said on Tuesday.
