Porsche hails ruling to reject VW bylaw change bid

FRANKFURT, Sept 29 (Reuters) - Porsche on Monday welcomed a German court ruling that rejected Volkswagen AG's petition to retain the state of Lower Saxony's blocking minority at VW general meetings.
