Porsche to offer bonus dividend after bumper result


FRANKFURT, Oct 25 (Reuters) - German sports car maker Porsche AG said on Friday it had would pay shareholders a special dividend after posting bumper results for its 2001/2002 business year. Porsche said it would propose ordinary shareholders receive 2.94 euros ($2.88) per share plus a 14 euros per share special payout. Preference shareholders would receive a three euro dividend plus a special dividend of 14 euros. The company said this represented a 16 percent rise in basic dividends ...
