FRANKFURT, Sept 26 (Reuters) - German sportscar maker Porsche AG said on Friday it had acquired the remaining 50 percent in Hamburg-based CTS Fahrzeug Dachsysteme GmbH from DaimlerChrysler .
Porsche said in a statement the full acquisition of CTS will strengthen its operations in the development and production of automobile roofs.
The company gave no financial details on the deal, but said CTS aimed to increase sales to over 300 million euros ($344.1 million) in 2003 from 248 million last year.
