Porsche says has good relations with Lower Saxony


STUTTGART, Germany, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Porsche has a good relationship with the German state of Lower Saxony, a company spokesman said on Wednesday, clarifying an earlier comment from Porsche CEO Wendelin Wiedeking.
