TURIN, Italy – Fiat Auto SpA’s Alfa Romeo brand will return to the U.S. market, although the exact timing remains uncertain. The Italian auto maker says its relationship with Maserati will serve as a foundation to build a retail network in the U.S., although it will need to add significantly more retail outlets to reach sales targets.
