PARIS — Now that it's shed the troubled Rover Group, things look more optimistic for BMW AG, which expects to deliver 800,000 cars worldwide this year. Joachim Milberg, BMW chairman, says the BMW brand is stronger than ever. Sales this year are up 4% in Europe to 390,000 units for the first nine months.
