YANTAI — The financial woes of South Korea's Daewoo Motor Co. Ltd.'s parent company, Daewoo Group, are taking their toll on the automaker's venture in Yantai. Reports say Daewoo's joint venture, a car engine plant, is almost nonfunctional.
