BEIJING — Dongfeng-Citroen Automobile Co. Ltd., a joint venture between PSA Peugeot Citroen and Dongfeng Automotive Corp., reportedly plans to start building a version of the Citroen Picasso, an economy model, multi-purpose vehicle for the Chinese market.
