XINING — Several auto parts manufacturers are pooling their resources with Dongfeng Automotive Corp. to establish Dongfeng Vehicle Axle Co. Ltd. (DVAC). The new company, based in Xining in northwest China's Qinghai province, is dedicated to manufacturing automotive axles and engine crankshafts.
