DETROIT -- Isuzu Motors Ltd. declines to confirm reports it will end output of SUVs in Japan by March 2004, saying it hasn't decided on a date. Isuzu, reports say, will shift Japanese production of the Trooper SUV sold overseas to North America by March 2004 as part of its 3-year restructuring plan announced in May.
