USTJ-KAMENOGORSK, Kazakhstan – Asia Avto, the first vehicle production plant in the central Asian republic of Kazakhstan, has started assembly of the Lada Niva 2121 SUV. The vehicles are being built from kits imported from Russian vehicle maker OAO AvtoVAZ.
