BEIJING — Renault SA's negotiations with Beijing Automotive Industry Corp. (BAIC) regarding the establishment of a joint venture in Beijing have failed, industry sources say. The proposed joint venture called for production of 30,000 Renault Megane Scenic multi-purpose vehicles annually.
