The long sales plunge in the Russian new-vehicle market is showing signs of bottoming out, with March results down 7%, compared with year-ago, to 126,701 units, the smallest decline in 12 months. The Association of European Businesses Automobile Manufacturers Committee says first-quarter 2010 sales fell 25% to 293,030 units.
