Hyundai Motor Co. Ltd. has formed an alliance with Siemens AG in a bid to acquire Hyundai Autonet, a former affiliate of Hyundai Group. The company is a leader in global positioning satellite systems, onboard entertainment systems and electronic drivetrain controls.
