U.K.-based Antonov plc receives its first customer order for its new TX-6 automatic gearbox, which the supplier says will be the first 6-speed automatic transmission to be built in China. Chongqing EFA Transmission Co. Ltd., a 50/50 joint venture owned by Chongqing Landai Industry Co. Ltd. and Antonov, has signed a deal with Chongqing Lifan Automobile Co.
