Thailand’s auto industry almost doubled its vehicle exports in April, despite civil disorder on the streets of Bangkok. The Federation of Thai Industries' Automotive Industry Club says exports surged 99.35% year-on-year to 57,139 units, while the value rose 99.2% to TB26.4 billion ($814 million).
