Toyota Motor Corp. says it will invest about $180 million in Indonesia following its acquisition of the manufacturing interests of joint venture Toyota Astra Motor. The JV with Indonesia’s PT Astra International now will be divided into two companies, one that handles manufacturing (Toyota) and one responsible for distribution (Astra).
