It rides on an all-new frame boasting increased stiffness and torsional rigidity than its predecessor, and delivers improved noise, vibration and harshness performance.
The aluminum-alloy V-8 now features variable intake valve timing and lift for improved efficiency and throttle response, as well as a 25% increase in horsepower and 14% improvement in fuel economy over the outgoing model, according to Infiniti. It is mated to a new 7-speed automatic transmission with variable-speed lockup torque converter and manual shift mode.
Standard features include Bluetooth hands-free cell-phone connectivity, heated, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 3-zone automatic climate control, the Around View Monitor - which uses 4 cameras to present a virtual overhead view of the vehicle to assist the driver in tight parking situations, 13-speaker Bose sound system with in-dash single-disc CD/DVD player, a 9.3 GB music storage hard drive, USB input jack and XM satellite radio.

It operates regardless of turn signal activation.
The 4-wheel anti-lock disc brake system features a hydraulic booster that delivers improved pedal feel with reduced travel.
A hard-drive navigation system with real-time weather and traffic updates (XM subscription required), Zagat restaurant guide, 13-speaker, dual-subwoofer Bose premium sound system, air purification and filtration system, and a Theater Package that includes two rear 7-in (178 mm) screens.
