What’s New for ’11
The XF base model is now powered by the same naturally aspirated 5.0L V-8 as the XF Premium, making the XF the only car in its segment with an all-V-8 engine lineup, according to Jaguar.
All models have standard Jaguar Platinum Coverage, which includes complimentary scheduled maintenance and replacement of wear-and-tear items, including brake pads and discs as well as wiper blade inserts, along with no-cost oil and brake fluid changes and 24/7 roadside assistance for five years or 50,000 miles (80,467 km), whichever comes first.
A heated windshield is available as a stand-alone option on all models except the base XF, where it is packaged with a heated steering wheel.
Other changes include redesigned side mirrors that reduce wind noise, new optional 19-in. wheels for the XF and XF Premium and a new black grille for the XFR.
