Trim designations have been revised, with Latitude X replacing Limited, while the Latitude is introduced as the middle trim level between Sport and Latitude X. The top-line Limited Off-Road model is discontinued.
The 2.0L is now the standard engine for front-drive Sport and Latitude models, while all other models are powered by the 2.4L.
The exterior is refreshed with new front and rear fascias, headlamp-integrated fog lamps, body-color grille and new side moldings.
The suspension system is retuned with higher spring and damping rates, new rebound springs and a larger-diameter rear sway bar. The ride height on all-wheel drive models is increased by one inch (25.4-mm).
Inside, changes include soft-touch front door panels with padded upper surface, new center armrest, back-lit door lock, power mirror and power window switches, new cloth interior fabric and a new steering wheel with integrated audio and Bluetooth controls. Cruise control is standard across the lineup while automatic temperature control is standard on the Latitude X.
