The Sorento rejoins the Kia lineup after a one-year absence, and is the first model to be built at the automaker’s U.S. plant in West Point, GA.
It is powered by either a 2.4L 4-cyl. or a 3.5L V-6 in both front- and all-wheel-drive configurations. A 6-speed automatic transmission is standard on all variants.
A tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel with integrated audio controls, Sirius satellite radio with three month’s complimentary service, USB and auxiliary audio inputs, air conditioning, illuminated vanity mirrors, one-touch up/down power driver’s window, fuel economy monitor and heated body color exterior mirrors with integrated turn signals are standard across the board. Additional standard content varies based on trim level.
