PARIS, June 21 (Reuters) - French advertising group Publicis denied on Wednesday market talk it had lost an advertising contract with French carmaker Renault .
"Groundless," said a Publicis spokesman when asked about the rumours that dented the stock price by some 4.5 percent.
By 1004 GMT, Publicis shares had recovered some ground and were down 1.90 percent at 28.92 euros.
