PARIS, Feb 22 (Reuters) - French carmaker Renault said on Tuesday it had reached an agreement to set up a joint venture with India's Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd to make its no-frills Logan car in India. The venture called Mahindra Renault Ltd will produce and commercialise the Logan in the Indian market from 2007.
