Renault board to meet April 6 on Daimler-sources


PARIS, March 26 (Reuters) - Renault will hold a special supervisory board meeting on April 6 to discuss cooperation with German carmaker Daimler , sources close to the company told Reuters on Friday. "Cooperation with Daimler will be the topic of the special board meeting that will take place on Tuesday, April 6," one source said on condition of anonymity. "The principle of a stake swap, of below 10 percent, has been established," the source said. Renault declined to comment. ...
