Renault confirms AvtoVaz cooperation talks

PARIS, May 31 (Reuters) - French cargroup Renault on Wednesday confirmed it was in cooperation talks with Russia's AvtoVaz , maker of the Lada, but said reports about it taking a stake were premature.
