Renault, Nissan 2002 car unit sales up 2.9 pct


PARIS, Jan 31 (Reuters) - French carmaker Renault SA said on Friday that it and partner Nissan saw a 2.9 percent increase in car unit sales in 2002, bringing their share of the global car market to 9.1 percent. Renault said in a statement that the two partners sold 5.139 million car units in 2002
