Renault revamps Twingo to prop up sales

PARIS, Aug 16 (Reuters) - French carmaker Renault is jazzing up its ageing Twingo small car as it struggles to compete with smart new models from Citroen and Fiat , plus the arrival of the nimble Smart runabout.
