Rheinmetall ups dividend despite 2006 profit fall

DUESSELDORF, March 21 (Reuters) - German car parts and defence group Rheinmetall suffered a 4 percent drop in operating profit last year but met expectations by proposing to hike its dividend despite the weaker results.
