RPT-Beru sees high single-digit sales, profit growth

FRANKFURT, June 30 (Reuters) - Beru's net income in the 2004-2005 financial year fell because of a one-time expense related to a tax audit, but its sales grew nearly 9 percent, the German automotive supplier said on Thursday. Beru said in a statement that net income fell to 23.5 million euros ($28.5 million) and sales rose to 385.8 million euros in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2005.
