RPT-German labour talks with Continental AG collapse


FRANKFURT, Aug 23 (Reuters) - Talks between German tyre and car parts maker Continental AG and its staff over the closure of a car tyre plant in Hanover have collapsed, German labour union IG BCE said on Wednesday. "The offer of the Conti's top management was one entire provocation," the spokesman for the union said, confirming a report to be published on Thursday over the failure of the talks in German daily Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung.
