RPT-Honda suspends 700 Thai workers due to slow sales

BANGKOK, Dec 24 (Reuters) - Japan's Honda Motor Co will temporarily suspend 700 contract workers at its new plant in Thailand next month due to a sharp drop in car sales, an official at Honda's Thai unit said on Wednesday.
