RusPromAvto sees Fiat jv plan ready in May

MOSCOW, March 16 (Reuters) - Russian auto holding company RusPromAvto said on Tuesday it hoped to wrap up a joint venture with Italy's Fiat to produce diesel engines and cars in Russia.
