Russia to offer South Korea's Kia new project-Ifax

MOSCOW, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Avtovaz will replace Kia Motors as strategic partner for Izhavto, but the South Korean company will be offered an alternative project, Interfax reported on Friday, citing Sberbank's CEO .
