MOSCOW, Jan 29 (Reuters) - A state support plan for Russia's car making industry will allow to sell 600,000-625,000 cars under this programme in Russia this year, Industry Minister Denis Manturov told President Vladimir Putin on Friday, according to a statement by the Kremlin.
