Russian van-maker LDV seeks UK lifeline

LONDON, Feb 23 (Reuters) - The Russian owners of British commercial vehicle manufacturer LDV Vans have asked the UK government for a loan of up to 30 million pounds to save it from collapse, an executive said on Monday.
