Russia's Alfa says agrees to restructure GAZ debt

MOSCOW, July 29 (Reuters) - Russian magnate Oleg Deripaska's indebted carmaker GAZ will restructure its debt with Alfa-Bank, allowing it to sign agreements with all creditors, the bank said on Wednesday.
