MOSCOW, March 16 (Reuters) - Russian carmaker AvtoVAZ , a joint venture partner of GM , plans a $100 million issue of credit-linked notes, Vice President Mikhail Moskalyov said on Tuesday.
"It will be no later than September this year," Moskalyov told reporters.
