Russia's AvtoVAz says may buy GM stake in venture

MOSCOW, July 24 (Reuters) - Russia's No.1 car maker AvtoVAZ will buy out the stake of General Motors in their joint venture, if the U.S. partner offers the right conditions, AvtoVAZ's head said in an interview published on Monday.
