MOSCOW, April 26 (Reuters) - Sberbank , Russia's biggest lender, has reached a resolution on compensation claims over U.S. automaker GM's [GM.UL] decision not to sell stake in German car manufacturer Opel, Sberbank and GM said in joint press release on Monday.
