JOHANNESBURG, June 28 (Reuters) - South African diversified industrial group Bidvest has appointed David Cleasby as finance director designate, the firm said on Wednesday.
Cleasby has been responsible for group corporate finance and investor relations. He will take over from Peter Nyman and "will assume full responsibility following a handover period", a statement said.
