SAIC auto unit Ssangyong turns profitable in H1

SHANGHAI, Aug 16 (Reuters) - Ssangyong Motor Co. , 51.33 percent controlled by SAIC Motor Corp., made a profit in the first half of the year after posting a loss a year earlier, buoyed by a 13.2 percent rise in global vehicle sales.
