FRANKFURT, March 2 (Reuters) - German carmaker Audi said on Tuesday that unit sales at the luxury unit of Europe's biggest carmaker Volkswagen had risen slightly so far this year.
Sales of Audi cars rose between one and two percent in January and February, an Audi spokesman said, confirming comments made by the company's distribution boss at the Geneva car show.
