SEOUL, March 8 (Reuters) - Samsung Heavy Industries Co. will invest $350 million to build a plant to produce shipbuilding blocks in China, the South Korean firm said on Wednesday.
The plant, which will start production in early 2008, will help the shipbuilder to manufacture blocks at lower cost, Samsung said in a filing to the Korea Exchange.
