Samsung Heavy wins $565 mln Europe ship orders

SEOUL, April 11 (Reuters) - South Korea's Samsung Heavy Industries Co. , the world's third-biggest ship builder, said on Tuesday it has won a 539 billion won ($565.4 million) order from Europe to build two liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers.

Samsung said in a filing to the local stock exchange it would build the carriers by April 2010. It didn't identify the European firm.
