Sasken in components JV with Tata AutoComp


MUMBAI, Jan 25 (Reuters) - Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd. on Thursday said it had formed a joint venture with auto parts maker Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd. to make automotive electronics products. The JV venture would design and develop telematics and auto infotainment products at a unit in Bangalore, it said in a statement. No investment details were immediately available.
