Schaeffler gets more Continental shares than wanted

FRANKFURT, Sept 22 (Reuters) - Shareholders with 82.41 percent of the stock in Continental AG have tendered their shares to Schaeffler Group under a takeover offer that ended on Sept. 16, Schaeffler said on Monday.
